Soooooo, Dad's trip to the ER last month wasn't a false alarm after all. After having a nuclear stress test done his Cardiologist found that Dad's chest pain & "heart attack symptoms" were due to a moderate (60-70%) blockage in one of his heart arteries. Since it's a moderate blockage Dad was given the option to do another heart catherization to possibly place another stint or try to address it through medication over the next month. Dad's pretty tired of surgeries and hospitalizations so he chose the medicine. Just wanted to update everyone about that ER scare last month and his follow-up tests.
