This is a special year of replacing much of our aging and outdated equipment including our 15 year old projector & bed sheet movie screen. I can't believe they lasted this long and still using the original projector bulb!
Our current projector has become diminished in its picture quality, recently began shutting down during use, and lacks modern connectivity to newer devices (such as HDMI, USB, etc)
I'm blown away by how inexpensive projectors have become. We found this foreign "off-brand" Yaber Projector on Amazon (3300+ reviews & 4.5 star user rating) with a special business discount for only $202. 15 years ago we paid around $700 for an "inexpensive" Sharp movie projector. This month we purchased the new projector, new no name Blu-Ray DVD player, new movie screen, & new projector tripod for about $350... that's half the price of just the original projector 15 years ago.
The HD picture quality was so impressive and vibrant when we debuted it this past weekend!
Over the years we have accumulated over 200 edited DVD's with all the cussing and inappropriate content removed. We are looking forward to making these movies available for free use to our Ministry Partners so they can enjoy some wholesome family movie nights!
