Usually unrelenting rain on a camping trip can dampen the spirit of even the most optimistic campers, but not this crew! They were literally playing and singing in the rain! It was as if the weather was perfect for this fun-loving group of 26. Our 28th Annual SLAMMED Adventure Trip was a torrential success! In some of these pictures we are doing a rain hike to a nearby waterfall. One of our volunteers took a picture of the waterfall before our trip started and a picture of that same waterfall after 2 days of heavy rains... the usual trickling waterfall quickly became a flash flood mega waterfall! The 2nd half of the trip was full of sunshine and good times... more pictures to follow =)
HUGE props to our amazing volunteers and staff for all their hard work, fun attitudes, and servant's hearts! They poured their heart & soul into our 28th Annual SLAMMED Adventure Trip!! And we are already looking forward to SLAMMED 2024!!!!
