I ended up getting whatever bug has been going around... spent about 5 days in bed, but I'm getting on the other side of it now PTL. Sometimes getting sick mirrors an intense workout plan >>> nonstop coughing is a great ab workout, and I guess I'll call the week-long "loss of appetite" & large amounts of water intake as a new year "fast & cleanse" LOL. January is a HUGE month of deadlines so lots to get done by the 31st. Also, lots of good updates to share as well.
