- GTD WORK PROJECTS -
Here's the gist!

Running a non-profit outdoor adventure ministry is a lot of work! GTD is blessed to own a lot of equipment so that we can accomplish our mission of providing year-round God-awesome adventures to many amazing destinations at an inexpensive or affordable rate (and sometimes for free) in order to share the Gospel and spur others on in the faith. Our gear, equipment, tools, vehicles, vessels, trailers, and property require a lot of attention so that we can operate a safe, effective, & impactful ministry. Whether it's repairing something old, maintaining something used, or building something new there is always a work project that needs to be done. Just like a church, GTD can't function without the Body of Christ volunteering their time, treasure, and talents. We are excited to work hand-in-hand with incredible loving people who set aside time to serve God through volunteer efforts! This website page is our effort to communicate the work needs, to organize the volunteer opportunities, and to rally the troops to action. We hope your volunteer experience is fun and as much of a blessing to you as you are to us. Thank you in advance for serving in this ministry! God bless you!

- THE "GTD HEADQUARTERS" VISION -
One of our main projects!

ONE OF OUR MAIN PROJECTS
One of the ways we greatly reduce operating expenses & travel times is to work from home. That not only includes the administration work, but also the safe storage and upkeep of equipment as well as the training of trip guides and volunteers. In addition, this is where we plan to host many of our work days, appreciation gatherings, fun times of fellowship, and discipleship & prayer meetings. In reality, this is the launching pad of everything GTD. It is the GTD Headquarters. As you can see in the rough-draft plans pictured above that entails a lot of different aspects and considerations. Our hope is to steadily work at constructing an environment that efficiently and effectively propels this ministry, impacts those involved, and blesses the visitor.

- OTHER PROJECTS -
There is always lots to be done!

OTHER PROJECTS
In addition to the "GTD Headquarters" project we have several ongoing and periodic projects (some of which can be taken home to complete). These include tasks such as pre-trip packing, post-trip clean-up, annual banquet preparations, mailouts, gear repairs, washing sleeping bags, vehicle upkeep, trailer maintenance, and the list goes on.
